OPINION:
ORDER
This matter is before the court on the stipulation of the parties as to the amount of the government`s liability pursuant to this court`s order filed on December 2, 1997.

The court hereby ADOPTS the parties` stipulation, and therefore, ORDERS the government to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $ 159,650.00, plus a proportionate amount of the assessed interest, with interest from January 21, 1994, at the legal rate. The Clerk of Court is hereby DIRECTED to enter judgment accordingly.

SO ORDERED.
