Raleigh NC, June 29, 2010  –  Raleigh attorney and member of Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A., J.T. Mlinarcik, has been selected to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.

A civil attorney, J.T.’s practice includes both litigation and corporate law.  His emphasis in litigation is on medical malpractice, legal defense and commercial litigation.  His corporate experience includes serving as outside general counsel to various companies as well as representing clients on general corporate matters.

Prior to earning a law degree, J.T. obtained his M.B.A. and shortly after built and managed a multi-million dollar financial planning practice.  He has assisted clients of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-million dollar enterprises, with a broad range of services from corporate restructuring to sales and computer training.
