RALEIGH, NC – Raleigh attorney John R. Cella, Jr. recently presented an educational teleconference on Roth IRA conversions to BB&T Wealth Management professionals. John, an estate planning attorney with Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A., spoke on the income tax, estate planning, and procedural aspects of Roth IRA conversions, a planning technique under consideration by many taxpayers in the current investment, income tax, and legal environment. John’s presentation also included discussion of The Worker, Retiree, and Employer Recovery Act of 2008 and its impact on tax-qualified retirement plans and IRAs.
